Returns & Exchanges Policy

We hope every Farm-ish Gal order brings a little comfort, coziness, and handmade goodness into your home. But we also know scent is personal, and sometimes a fragrance just is not the perfect fit. If something is not right, please reach out within 30 days of delivery so we can help.

To start a return, exchange, or defect review, email us at support@farmishgal.com with your order number and a short note about what is going on.

Scent Swaps

If you receive a candle, wax melt, or room spray and decide the scent is not quite your style, we are happy to offer a one-time scent exchange for a new fragrance within 30 days of delivery.

The exchange must be for the same type of product and a similar size or value. The item should be mostly unused and in reasonable condition. One scent exchange is available per original item purchased.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

  • A short description of the issue

We will review the information and help with the next step.

Defective Candles

We want your candle to burn safely and beautifully. If you believe your candle is defective, please contact us before sending anything back.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or video of the candle and container

  • A description of the issue

  • How long the candle was burned

  • Whether the candle care and safety instructions were followed

For candle concerns, we review the issue based on whether the candle care and safety instructions included with your candle and posted on our website were followed. If a return is warranted, we will send a return label or provide the next steps.

Return Shipping

For approved defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Farm-ish Gal, LLC may provide a prepaid return label when a return is warranted.

For scent exchanges or returns that are not due to a verified defect, damage, or fulfillment error, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the issue was due to damage, defect, or our mistake.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, incorrect, or defective:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom, personalized, or special-order products

  • Products not purchased directly from Farm-ish Gal, LLC

  • Products that have been emptied, heavily used, altered, misused, or damaged after delivery

If you purchased a Farm-ish Gal, LLC product from a market, retail shop, or third-party seller, please contact that seller directly for their return policy.

Handmade Product Note

Our products are made in small batches. Small variations in appearance, wax finish, color, label placement, or scent strength may occur. These natural handmade variations are not considered defects.
