Thank you for shopping with Farmish Gal. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed and shipped.

Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays.

  • You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another email when your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

  • Orders are shipped via FedEx and UPS only.

  • USPS is not used for shipping Farmish Gal orders.

  • Available shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Shipping Rates and Free Shipping

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on carrier, service level, and destination.

  • Free standard shipping is available on orders of $75 or more (before taxes and after discounts) shipping within the United States.

  • If your order total falls below $75 after discounts, standard shipping rates will apply.

Domestic Shipping Only

  • Farmish Gal currently ships within the United States only.

  • No international shipping is available at this time.

  • Orders with international shipping addresses will be canceled and refunded.

Local Pickup

  • Local pickup is available by appointment in Eureka, Illinois.

  • Local pickup orders are typically ready within 1–2 business days.

  • Local pickup is free.

  • Customers must call and arrange a pickup time in advance before coming for pickup.

  • The exact pickup address and detailed instructions will be provided after a pickup time is scheduled and confirmed.

Warmer Weather Shipping

To help protect candles and wax products during warmer months:

  • During warmer weather, shipping days are limited to Monday through Wednesday.

  • Orders received later in the week may ship the following Monday–Wednesday to reduce the risk of extended time in transit or heat exposure.

  • Please bring packages indoors as soon as possible after delivery to prevent heat‑related damage.

Delivery Time Estimates

  • Delivery time depends on the carrier, service level selected at checkout, and your location.

  • Most domestic orders arrive within the carrier’s stated timeframe after shipment, but delays due to weather, carrier issues, or high‑volume periods are possible and are outside of Farmish Gal’s control.

  • Once a package is accepted by the carrier, transit times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

  • When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available for the chosen service).

  • You can use the tracking number to follow your order’s progress through the carrier’s website.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is significantly delayed, shows as delivered but cannot be found, or arrives damaged, please contact Farmish Gal as soon as possible.

  • For damaged items, keep all packaging and take clear photos of the products and box so a claim can be evaluated.

  • Farmish Gal will review each situation and, at its discretion and subject to carrier policies, may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Address Accuracy

  • Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout.

  • Farmish Gal is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
